Larme re Rê is a made-to-order brand based in Lyon. The jewels are made in France in our workshop. We use recycled gold and quality stones. We offer the possibility to make custon jewelry. The idea is to share our know-how and make “made in France” accessible to everyone.

Payments are made on the website via Stripe, our partner for secure payment.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. Larme de Rê works without stock and each jewel is made to order. The approximate delivery times are 6 to 8 weeks from the date of order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
All orders are shipped from our workshop in Lyon. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped. We ship worldwide. Delivery charges are calculated based on your delivery address.
Customs fees for shipments outside Europe may apply and we are not responsible for them. We cannot predict if fees will apply, or the amount you will be charged. No refunds will be accepted on orders that have not been received due to unpaid customs fees.
RETURN, EXCHANGE, RESIZING AND REFUND
In accordance with the provisions of the consumer code on distance selling (articles L121-16 and following of the Consumer Code), the buyer can use his right of withdrawal for any reason and will only have the costs return shipping at his expense. The law provides that the buyer has 30 days to do so, from the date of delivery of the product.
If the period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or other non-working day, it is extended to the next working day.
Beyond that date, Larme de Rê reserves the right to refuse the return or refund.

The return or exchange of jewelry will only be accepted if the request has been validated by customer service and only if the jewelry ordered is returned in perfect condition, unused or undamaged. If your order has been made custom or if you wish to make a modification, we will not be able to exchange or refund your order.
The return of products is the responsibility of the buyer and we cannot be held responsible for any delivery problem with the carrier you have chosen. We recommend the delivery of the package against signature.
It is also possible to return your order to us for a modification, in this case the costs of return and new shipment will also be at the expense of the buyer.
In the event of a cancellation request or a refusal to pay customs fees on a jewel order:
As a make-to-order manufacturer, we only make a piece of jewelry when we have an order. If you request a cancellation when we have already worked on your jewel, or the jewel is already finished or on its way, we can refund you but we will keep 30% of the total value of the order, as our team will have spent several hours work on the jewel especially for you.
